On a note of comprehension, I am having a spot of bother understanding some of the entries in this 'ere Blog.
Please can Bloggers refrain from using regional expressions in type, dialect induced spelling and introduce some vowels every so often.

Ministerial Note to Weymouth Branch.
Is it my imagination or has despite us being promised by the Senior member' for Weymouth Lord Lymer , The Minister for Land Engineering, Lofty still not got a cyber presence in this Blog?
It appears one of the 'Diary Secretary's is writing his entry and informing the rest of us the Minister's activities.
Please can the Weymouth Branch HQ expidite The Minister for Land Engineering's absence in cyber space ASAP.
Or get him to post his own entries.

Hi Mark, if you take a little gander through my back catalogue, you will notice that I am quite accomplished in the art of spelling and punctuation. My downfall is A)Vodka B)Which end of the week it is C)Trying to get Lofto and Jason to understand plain english!! As there have not been too many members to play with on here lately it has been a type of sadistic pleasure to converse in the manner offered......On a different note (V8) I would very much like to accept your invitation to the "Ring" but as yet, you have not been forthcoming with dates for such a momentous event.....So I must to the barber's Monsieur, for methinks I am bearded about the face...that means I'm going for a shave J! Apppee Daze.....

Had a Bifta aand 'Hey Presto', it all made immediate sense.
However, for the majority of the team, who dont imbibe', please try to keep the text shorthand to a minimum.

Which of these would be a good time to meet again 'like we did last summer' (Song title) at Silverstone? Or is there another event that we could all 'Do it again' (Not a song title).
I actually always fancied doing a Drag weekend at Santa Pod.
I know nothing about it, just fancied the weekend camping and having a good time with sounds and smells and apparently the pit lane area is so informal they ask you to hold spanners if you are standing still too long (Oppurtunity for Team Spanner shirt exposure).
Any way I'm off again on a 'schedule for next year mode', so I'll stop now.

Hey RD...Could be a coupla answers to that question!!! 1) might not have been to bed yet! 2) Got maddingly bored with retirement thing, brain was going to mush and started a....Wait for it....Health & Safety Consultancy...Was one of my little forte's in a former life. Soooo Have been helping out, read sorting out, H & S for Mark Coleman's company in Weymouth. Word got out and I am now deep in the woods of Longleat (Center Parcs, No Lions there) and sorting a few projects for my mate Rob Reed. Great for the head I can assure you. Santa Pod sound fun, I have not been there myself but know of people that have had a great time there. Got a feeling there is an Easter gig there. Will check it out. ReplyDeleteid love too do the santa pod thing my mate has been a few times an said it was good sorry race director i will try and speak properly from now on but as you found your stash you see its all clear now an iam jason mark you mean jamie also id love to do the ring [oh err] as well fund allowing what with the other half wanting wedding and another kid but ive had too put my foot down an lay down the law and agree to both but as long as they dont clash with lemans ,silverstone ect....and dc if i know you dc its number 1 not been too bed yet but as i live my life by it better to burn out than just fade away!!!
